Low cost, and gives you 2Ghz Pentium 4 performance. Great upgrade for any older Socket A motherboard with a lesser cpu installed, like a AMD 1.333 or something. Only downside for some people is it's an earlier Palomino core that can not be easily overclocked. Besides that, I recommend it.
