While the description of the item said it was used, the motherboard came professionally packed in an anti-static bag, and padded in a box with anti-static foam, so I think it might actually be new. It certainly had that new-motherboard smell.

I informed seller and he said to ship it back and the would return my shipping charge. And the did. Quickly I received another board. I installed it and I guess the board is ok, I did get to set up CMOS, and had display and keyboard functions again.But it says no drive found...I do not know... probably hard drive or something. :(
This company seems to do the right thing...I just want my computer to work.
I would buy from, them again.
